Information on how to present our brand.

Ensure consistency in all materials by following these guidelines for logo usage, color palette, typography, and tone.

1. Logo Usage

Impactful Organizations brand logo

Use the horizontal logo on white or light backgrounds. Maintain a clear zone equal to the height of the letter “I” around the logo. Do not alter colors, stretch, or rotate.

2. Color Palette

3. Typography

Headings: Helvetica or Arial, sans-serif; use sizes H1=32px, H2=24px, H3=18px.

Body Text: Helvetica or Arial, sans-serif; 16px regular; line-height 1.5.

Captions/Small Text: 14px regular, same font stack.

4. Voice & Tone

Impactful Organizations communicates with clarity, confidence, and warmth. Use active voice, straightforward language, and a collaborative tone that emphasizes partnership and outcomes.

5. Brand Do’s & Don’ts

  • Do use the official logo and color palette.
  • Do maintain clear space around the logo.
  • Do use approved fonts and sizes.
  • Don’t alter the logo colors or proportions.
  • Don’t use non-brand colors or fonts.
  • Don’t write in a passive, jargon-laden style.
