About Diana Larsen
As a roving Leadership Agility Advisor, Diana Larsen engages with challenges that emerge at the intersection of leadership, team improvement, and learning. She works alongside leaders to build their proficiency in shaping environments for productive, resilient teams and to accelerate organizational learning. In every interaction, Diana brings the wisdom she’s gained in over 30 years of working with leaders, teams, and organizations.
Diana is a past Chair and former board member (2007–2013) of the Agile Alliance Board of Directors, as well as co-founder of her local meetup group reboot, AgilePDX. She served on the board (2013-2016) of the Organization Design Forum, chaired their 2018 conference, and now serves on the advisory board. She is an associate of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute. Active on the organizing teams of various conferences, she is a founding and emeritus board member of Agile Open Northwest, a non-profit organization.
Diana partners as an Impact Advisor with Impactful Organizations, serves as an Expert with The Agile Network, and as a regular panelist with the Agile Coaching Network.
