These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the “Refer & Get €200 Dining Voucher” campaign (the “Campaign”) operated by Impactful Organizations ApS (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Referrer: Any individual aged 18 or older, worldwide, except employees of the Company and their immediate family.
1.2. Referred Company: A legal entity or individual that has never before purchased services from the Company.
1.3. Independence Requirement: The Referrer must not be the same individual, nor a manager, officer, director, authorized signatory or other decision‑maker of the Referred Company. Employees of the Referred Company who do not hold decision‑making authority (i.e. cannot sign or approve the purchase) are eligible.
1.4. Legal Limitations: In some industries and sectors, like the public sector, employees are legally prevented from entering into promotional activities of this nature. When under such constraints, a referrer is not able to enter the program.
2. Campaign Period & Capacity
2.1. Duration: The Campaign commences on the date these Terms are published on our website and continues until we have issued the maximum number of Referral Codes, or until terminated by the Company in its sole discretion.
2.2. Code Limit: We reserve the right to cap the total number of valid Referral Codes. Once the cap is reached, no further Codes will qualify for a voucher.
3. How to Participate
3.1. Registration: Referrers must register via the public Campaign page at https://www.impactfulorganizations.com/campaign-referrer, providing full name, email, and agreement to these Terms.
3.2. Consent: At registration, Referrers must check a box confirming they are independent of the Referred Company.
3.3. Code Issuance: Upon successful registration, the Company will issue a unique Referral Code by email.
4. Referral & Qualification
4.1. Referral Submission: Referrer provides their unique Referral Code to a prospective client (“Referred Client”).
4.2. Referred Client Sign‑Up: A referral is only valid once the Referred Client has completed payment in full for Company services and either:
- Has entered the Referrer’s unique code at checkout (so we can attribute the referral), or
- Has in another way informed us about the referral at the time of becoming a client.
Payment attempts that fail or are abandoned do not qualify.
4.3. One Voucher per New Client: Only the first valid Referral Code applied to each distinct new client purchase qualifies; subsequent codes for the same client are void.
4.4. Payment Confirmation: Qualification occurs only upon receipt of cleared payment. Failed or abandoned payment attempts do not qualify.
5. Voucher Reward
5.1. Reward: For each qualified referral, the Referrer will receive one €200 digital dining voucher.
5.2. Delivery: Vouchers will be sent by email within one (1) week of payment confirmation to the Referrer’s registered email address.
5.3. Non‑Transferable: Vouchers are non‑transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
6. Code Validity & Expiry
6.1. Code Validity: Referral Codes remain valid only while the Campaign is active and until the code‐issuance cap is reached.
6.2. Voucher Expiry: Issued vouchers must be redeemed with the partner platform by the expiry date specified on the voucher (minimum validity 6 months).
7. Exclusions & Disqualification
7.1. Self‑Referrals: Any referral where the Referrer and Referred Client are the same person or share the same employer will be disqualified.
7.2. Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to void any Code or voucher obtained by fraud, automated means, or in violation of these Terms.
7.3. Company Discretion: The Company’s decisions on eligibility and qualification are final.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Use of Data: By registering, Referrers and Referred Clients consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for Campaign administration and marketing, in accordance with our [Privacy Policy (link)].
8.2. Third‑Party Providers: Voucher distribution may involve third‑party platforms; you consent to sharing necessary data with those providers solely for fulfillment.
9. Liability & Indemnity
9.1. Company Liability: The Company’s maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total value of the vouchers delivered.
9.2. Indemnity: Referrers agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from their misuse of the Campaign or breach of these Terms.
10. Modification & Termination
10.1. Amendments: We may modify or suspend the Campaign or these Terms at any time by updating the Terms on our website.
10.2. Early Closure: If codes are exhausted or for any reason, we may end the Campaign early; notice will be posted on the Campaign page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
